Bun In The Oven

We are happy to announce that there is a special little bun in the oven!
It will be perfectly baked mid August. Just in time for football season!

At 11 weeks this little bugger started to take over the cover space on the refrigerator. This was the first ultra sound and he/she was very wiggly. Everything looked normal.

Weeks 12-18 Dan along with our dog, Rylee, took a long road trip. We drove from Florida to Montana and back. We visited friends and family along the way in ND, MT, and NE sharing the good news with them and swearing them to secrecy until we had a chance to tell the rest of the family on our trip. We told them by handing them an envelope with these funny pics inside that we had printed.
The picture was an oldie that Dan and I took being silly a few years back. Rather than putting his arm around me and smiling like a good husband would, he shoved out his gut as far as humanly possible when I suggested we take a "nice" picture. I decided to roll with it and kiss the bump. Little did we know a year or so later, that by adding a little text, we were able to turn it into an "expecting" card.

Here we are at 19 weeks!
There is starting to look like there is something in there.
20 week ultrasound this coming Tuesday. Maybe we will find out what we are having!
We will update everyone here on the website after the 20 wk ultrasound.
